Where can I live in the USA without bums, traffic and cold weather ?

Can anyone recommend a sizeable city that does not have gridlock, bums and cold weather that is also affordable? Thanks!

are you seriouce?? hunny there is no such thing as a city with out drunks;party bums; ok let meh tell you you might just be looking for a samall town that has everything in it cuz thats the only place u can live in

f.y.i dnt come to new york its expensive but wonderfull i suggest u live in the middle states  dosent too much hot bored you ..uugh i cant live with out the weather changing constantly

i live in alabama, in a town about 20 minutes from Huntsville. I have never seen a bum sleeping on a park bench or underneath a bridge. theres the occasional hitch hiker that sits on the off ramp on the interstate, but, other than that, bum free :) So, Huntsville would be the place for you. just to give you some pros about Huntsville, NASA headquarters are here, they just built a city inside of a city (kind of) its called Bridge Street. That's pretty big for Huntsville :) Huntsville is also a Green City. Lots of job opportunities, entertainment, night life, a living expenses are fairly reasonable.

Impossible. I would think the closest you could come to your question would be Memphis Texas.......Not a city, just a small town.
