Where can I locate a source for replacing the decanters & liqueur glasses in an antique french tantalus set?

The replacement sets are available - probably through antique dealers in france; I can provide specific sizes for the pieces if someone can reply that they are able to source replacements. I require 4 decanters and 16 of the liqueur stems. Can anybody help?
