Where can I locate images of catastrophic breakdowns?

I am in a college speech class, and I've been having trouble locating images of horses breaking down. I realize this is a very touchy subject, but I had several sites bookmarked, and they have now disappeared. Sports Illustrated had a spread in 1990 with graphic pics of Go for Wand breaking down, but it's like it never existed. I found one site that had scans of the spread, but I'm not sure I can use that. I've read many articles that name Prairie Bayou, Union City, Shaker Knit, and Timely Writer. I know there had to be pictures of these, but when I try to look up their names, I can't locate any information on them.

Sorry but why would you want to?  Watching a horse break down is incredibly distressing, even if you are watching a replay.

:( There should be plenty of Barbaro. He, Go For Wand, Ruffian will probably be the easiest to find. I'm not sure how many photos *of* the breakdown are around due to animal rights people.
