Where can I look up the name of a ship that was registered in london in 1994?

I worked on a ship in Portugal in 1994 and want to look up the ship to see if it is still operating as a passenger ship or if it has been sold or renamed or cut up for scrap. I have not been able to find any trace of the ship from any search on the net. Can anybody give me any ideas ? Name of ship "Lady Ivy May"

If you know the name of the shipping company write to them and ask them or contact the maritime union to see if they have it on their books
