Why do you want a domain with ads that they place on it and have a domain like www.yoursite.iamcheap.com everyone has them and get very little traffic. You will have a very limited web server as well. If you don't know how to design then you are going to have a hard time no matter what software you use wait till you see the time and code not to say bugs involved its harder then it looks.
