Where can I make a website with ALOT of choices thats free?

I want a website and if possible with avatars but I dont want to have to pay anything so If there is no free websites to make avatars then please tell me one's that dont have avatars I just want it to be free with NO downloading!!!

Not trying to burst your bubble, But you are going to pay in one area or another. Don't you think for one minute any of it is free.

These companies are not in buisness to give there product away.

You can go to weebly.com or synthasite.com they are both step by step. I perfer weebly more because of the fact that it gives a graph number thing to show you how many people have visited your site.You can have a domain like: mydomainname.weebly.com or mydomainname.com -- but with this one you have to pay for.They are both like that.It's your decision if you want to pay for the domain name or not. You can make as many websites and domains on both of the websites.
