I want to make a personalized crossword puzzle and would like to know if there's a website to format this (rather than drawing the boxes by hand). Thanks.

Google "free crossword puzzle maker" and you'll have several selections; I've used most of them, and they are very simple and easy to use.  Don't buy one or pay anybody a fee; there's plenty for free.
