Where can I make my own free greeting card?

one thats actually free not where i have to sign up for a bunch of c**p :-/

I make mine own all the time on my computer.  I either use my PhotoImpressions program or I set up to print the picture, but set it for four images (but using only one) , making the one I want end up in the lower right corner, so when I fold it it comes out right.  Or I print it and cut it out and paste it onto my card stock.
