Ok so here's my situation. I'm in college, and I only have friends that do drugs, and drink. I don't really care what they do but I just don't really like hanging out with them, I wanna hang out with people who can find fun things in life without the use of alcohol and drugs. So where can I meet these people???

  4. stop hanging out with the friends that do drugs because the people that dont do drugs dont want to hang out with the kid that hangs with the guys that do drugs.

  5. Try the volunteer clubs in the college.

  7. Church.

  8. ... church? Work? Classes? Clubs?

  9. try  clubs that take a lot of time or effort and like deadlines, like stuff with the paper, envronment or religion or something.

  10. You can try going to the church on weekend and who knows you might meet up with one good angel, good luck!

  11. contra dancing

    hiking group

    game club

    adventure group

These activities require a person to be clean and sober because they are demanding in motor control and concentration. I mean can you imagine riding your cannondale over the Rockies while 420? doesn't happen :) good luck in school!

I've done that too. Had to find a better quality of friends.

  12. church, or the soda pop shop.

  13. ME!!!!!

  14. you can meet people on yahoo answers that would be fun and not do drugs or drink alcohol.

  15. Join a church.  There are so many groups and activities you can get involved in.  And you'll strengthen your relationship with God at the same time.

Not a religious man?  You can join clubs at school. I'm sure there is something geared towards activities that don't involve drinking and drugs.

There are plenty of people out there that want the same things you do.  Get involved wherever you can and you'll find them!

  16. in the church,in the library, super markets etc.just keep your eyes open i`sure there are loads of activity clubs in your college.join a study group, theater group not everybody in the whole of the college is into drugs.you should also try to disassociate  yourself from the people you are presently hanging around with even if it means being alone for a while.any decent person would think twice of hanging around with you as they will tar you with the same brush as the people you hang round with.i wish you feel luck ,remember to keep your eyes open along with your mind, try not to be too critical of other people and maybe people will be more open and less critical to you.

  20. I've never had a problem with this.

Join a club where you know very few people typically act on those kinds of behaviors.

  21. try plaing sports.

athletes usually don't do anything bad.

  22. How about one of the campus ministries on or near your college campus?  When I was in college, I hung out at the Lutheran Student Center at UNL.  We played pool, watched football games and movies, played board games, ping pong or just sat around and talked.  Sometimes, some of the guys and I would go to a movie or out to dinner together.  We also sometimes studied together if we were taking the same classes.  I met a lot of great people at that place.  You don't even have to be "religious" to go to these places as the ones I've been to welcome every student (as long as you behave yourself).

  23. You can't .

  24. church, but even then its tough, lol.
