I want to open an advice blog for girls on makeup tips , dating advice etc....

So my question is ... Where can I open the blog , and how can I do it?

well you can try to make free blog at www.freewebs.com and just do the instructions to build your blog, and then just tell everyone. Also tell them that you're doing it to make the girls with problem feels better. You're doing it for the right thing, aren't you?
