Oh, and I really don't want to order off Ebay, since I'm a bit skeptical over that.

Well I know you're skeptical about ebay and I can't blame you, but you do know that if someone tries to rip you off on ebay you can report them right? I did that once. I ordered a record and never got it and was charged, you go through ebay and go to paypal say that this person has ripped you off and you'll get your money back right away and they will be banned forever. Worked great for me.
