Where can I order a naughty cake in Orlando or Ocala (Florida)?

I'm looking to order a naughty cake for a friend's birthday, but I'm having a heck of a time finding somewhere to order it from. I want something with either a picture or a bum shape, but don't want to buy the supplies/make it myself.

BUY THE CAKE MOULD  R MAKE 1 GET 2 ROUND PANS AND MAKE A SLIT BETWEEN THEM AND THERE YA GO
