Where can I pitch a tent in Denver?

Question

Police are not allowing anyone to sleep or stay in city parks after 11pm because of the national convention. I was thinking about staying at Cheeseman & City Park until I found this out.

I just need a place to pitch a tent with a cheap restaurant that is close. It has to be RTD accessible.

A strip club! LOL...just kidding. I really don't know. I've never tried doing this in Denver.
