At Sultanpet. There are more than 100 Offset Printers with in 300 meters radius. Being the whole sale market for paper and other printing related products, you can get all materials at the cheapest price ( in whole Karnataka ).

The place is located just couple of yards from the Balepet circle, and about 100 meters from Majestic Theater, near Chickpet Police Station.
