Which requirement? I'm assuming you mean to import your blog entries into another blogging site?

I like http://www.multiply.com. they have an excellent import function that also works with LiveJournal and MySpace. I also love this feature that lets you cross post to Multiply.com and another blog site such as LiveJournal or MySpace.

Their stats function is also pretty handy, allowing you to not only see who is visiting your site, but what they are looking at while they are there.

well, i know of several websites that let you easily build your own website and blog: weebly.com or freewebs.com
