Where can I purchase a 12Ax7 tube?

Where can I purchase a 12Ax7 tube for a Peavey 5150 combo amp? Also, how i can tell the brand of the tubes? They have a metal casing on them, i took off the cover of one to see what was in it and its just the tube, but there is another metal piece keeping it secured in the slot, but it is screwed on tight so i didnt mess with it yet. Im wondering what 12Ax7 tubes it comes with so I can just buy the same ones, because I liked the sound. Also, do I keep the metal covers for the new tubes or do they come with covers? thanks
