Where can I purchase a durable and sturdy everyday umbrella?

The umbrella must have a cane handle on the end. I'm not looking to purchase one that will break on me after having it for a week. I'm not looking for one that will fit inside a bag. I'm looking for the kind that was seen in the Mary Poppins movie.

Adding the cane handle requirement makes it tougher.  Sounds like you want a walking cane with an umbrella attached - the British umbrella cane.  Like this

A friend has a long umbrella but I don't know if it has a cane handle, but what makes it great in use is that has holes in the center of the main umbrella cover and a kind of skirt over those so rain coming down doesn't get in but if exposed to wind from the other direction, it doesn't blow out.  He got me a double folding one that is about twice has heavy as an ordinary version.
