I've been watching multiple Youtube videos and seen ocarinas and have been interested in one. Is there any place that I can purchase one for a reasonable price and that works well?

You should try a local musical instrument store.  Call around or shop around.  They may not have one, but then you can also try to look online for one.  Just make sure you order form a legitimate website.
