Where can I purchase electric fencing locally in Chicago-land for raccoon control?

I have approximately 30 feet of grape vines adjacent to a creek (fenced in) and as soon as the grapes ripen I have 6 or more raccoons raid the vines. One year they made so much noise my neighbor called the sheriff not knowing they were raccoons.
