I found some at Target one day ($20) after mine broke. Granted that was a year ago, but if youre having a problem you can buy them off apple.

You can get them at most places that sell iPods, but don't bother. They cost $30, cost ¢5 to make, and sound like they should cost about $3 (seriously). For $30 you can have much better headphones, such as ones with actual bass or ones that don't sound like really cheap c**p. Try getting some in-ear headphones from Sony or Philips, which I believe they have at Target. They tend to cost around $30, but you don't get the awfulness of the Apple headphones, and you don't get people prejudging you as shallow when they see you with them (yes, some people do that).
