Just about anysupplyer should have it or can order it for you .its not a big demand item so they may not have it in stock

I would think online from dozens of sites

Irish linen would be my choice

Most cuemakers will have it.  Whether or not they'd sell it to you or would only sell you their service depends on them.  Otherwise, your best bet is probably to go to cuemaker suppliers.  Here's one I found, I'm sure there are more out there.
