Legally, you shouldn't be able to because making files or scans available of the book (or the four comic books that originally contained that material) on the internet is a violation of copyright laws. Both Marvel and DC are now actively having their legal departments serve cease and desist orders to any websites that make files and scans of any of their company product still protected by copyrights and trademarks available on the internet. Of course there are a few blog sites and whatnot that haven't been served yet but anyone who posts a URL to such sites will help bring them to the attention of lawyers and soon force the removal of such material.
