Where can I recycle cans/bottles in Palo Alto/Mtn View where I get back the same CRV that I pay at the store?

I don't know about your area, but any recycling place should pay you pack what you paid in the store. When recycling CRV items, make sure you know the number of bottles or cans, and tell them that you want to be paid on "hand count" which you have already done. Every time I have done this, it has come out to be more than what they weighed it for... Hope that helps some.
