Where can I rent a harley davidson in the province of Quebec?

Just search online for Harley dealers in the area you want to rent in.  If they have websites, you can probably get the info online.  Or you just have to call and ask if they do rentals.  When I went to Florida last year, that's how I got the info and made my reservation before I even left home.

Go online and find some harley dealers near you. Call them and ask if they rent. It may also tell you online if they rent. Not 100% sure but its worth trying.

See if there is an Eagle Rider outlet there. They are a good outfit to deal with.
