Where can I rent a small cargo trailer other than u-haul?

I'm moving from TX to IL...I have a '00 Ford Explorer (4DR, 6 cylinder, and 4WD). U-haul will not allow me to rent a cargo trailer with the type of SUV I own, I was wondering if there was another company that rented cargo trailers (I already tried PENSKE and Budget)? or if it is even safe for my SUV to pull a cargo trailer? I'm sorry.  U-Haul is the only company I am aware of that has trailers.  I think the policy that U-Haul has with the Ford Explorers is stupid, but they can set whatever policies they want with their equipment.  Again I am sorry.
