I ordered some shoes from China online, but it was a fraud, I never got them. It's a Chinese company, but it also has its branches in USA and UK. I tried to report it to the Chinese authorities, but they don't really follow the rules in that country, unfortunately. Since there is not much I can do in China, can you tell me where I should report it in the UK? I even have their address and phone number there. Can you tell me how I can get in touch with the British police by e-mail or phone, or tell me some other institution I should report this incident to? Thanks.

  1. In the USA you can go and make a report at your local police station.  I guess you can do the same in Britain..I am not sure as it is a long time since I lived in the UK

Did you pay for these on a credit card?  If you did you can get your credit card company to deal with it.  On three occasions I had this sort of problem with ebay sellers and each time my credit card company disputed it and I received my money back.  Hope this all helps.

  2. http://www.police.uk/forces.htm < go on that site then choose your area then click contact us and explain yourself and they will help you

  3. police go to the police station or sue them
