Where can I report a wrong-doing moderator to? Yahoo abuse brushed me off?

I just joined a family group, but the Moderator said we MUST fill out this form giving personal iinformation. I know it's wrong, but others don't. How can I report this moderator as she already has people's private info?

it's not abuse and if you already tried the abuse form and got no where, then there's no where else to report.

moderators can request anything they want prior to membership and many require personal info and also a picture. I myself do not agree with it and think it in turns will limit potential members, but it is not against TOS. you have a choice- give the info and be a member or don't give the info and locate another group.
