Where can I ride my own jet ski in south florida?

Like I'm looking for a list and map of some sort of all the permitted zones and launch points where I can take my Jet Ski or motor boat particularly around the Miami area. I still wonder however, how is it that I am able to see motor boats off the coast of Hollywood beach though?

Look up myflorida.com state parks.  

They will tell you which ones have ramps.  Anything dropping into Biscayne bay (Black Point Park for example) doesn't allow any jet ski's or wave runners per National park rules...

I would call any of thos e listed I was interested in before you go, lots of them won't allow jet ski's to put in at their ramps.

In the Keys, the public ramp directly south of Holiday Isle onthe bay side (signs along edge of road) allows jet ski's to go in there.
