Where can I run in Fort Worth, Texas?

I'm staying at 132 East Exchange Avenue, so some place around there would be great. Also, I would prefer to not have to run on the streets, so are there any parks close by? Also, are the Trinity Trails close? Is it just one trail by the river or is it a system of hiking trails?

Trinity Trails offers 30 miles of paved trails. You can catch Trinity Trails practically anywhere from Northside Drive and Samuels to Foster Park, just north of I-20. Along the way, the Trinity Trails winds through Heritage Park, Trinity Park and Overton Park.
