Where can I see a Wormadam in pokemon diamond?

Are there any trainers I can battle to see the pokemon or to I actually have to evolve a female burmy?

i think there is a trainer who has it. Because i didnt evolve my burmy and my pokedex was complete.

i would just evove it

it evovles at level 20 and when i got my burmy it was already level 15 so it didn't take that long        

just give it an exp. share a dn go beat the elite four
