Where can I see public recycle waste being recycled ?

(1) I'd like to witness it actually happening

(2)I'd like to see how they separate stuff.

I live in Mitchell shire Victoria Australia.

usually the recycling plant is right next to the dump, so that the recycle garage is easly and cost effectively transported. dont be surprised if see this recycle stuff go into the same dump as regular garage.

In the US, you can call the local solid waste director and ask to visit. They'll be happy to let you see.  Maybe it's the same down under.

Call the town, find out who does the processing, then call them. Tell them you're writing a paper or something for school. They usually love to show off for things like that.
