That is a sad situation. You don't need to watch it again...It was on the Today show for 10 minutes each of the last two days and my 6 year old happen to catch it. Ugh!

It was my understanding that it is being held for evidence in a court of law.  The Sheriff released a segment with the victim's face hidden, for the press and also so that it could be used to correct teenagers who might be thinking that fights on U-tube are so cool.

The video that has been on the news was the beating AFTER she was unconscious & recovered & right before she was kidnapped & taken to another location. I believe the unrealeased part will be saved for the court room as evidence.
