Where can I sell my wedding band?

I have a wedding band, its white gold and diamond..I want to sell it for top dollar to pay bills where can I do this...besides a pawn shop.

First go to a Pawn Shop and got there estimate, then list it on ebay for the same starting price and hopefully you get more on ebay!

I would advertise on EBAY, thats if you know how, and start the bidding out high!

My suggestion would be if you haven't done it already, Have the ring appraised by a jeweler. Then list it on e-bay with the appraisal attached for proof of value.  If you still have the dress, throw that in for bidding as well.

You can try running an ad in the classified section of the newspaper or if a local radio station has a swap shop you may sell it there.other alternatives are possibly Ebay or Yahoo auctions.Just make sure that you cannot get money from alternate sources because a wedding band is something very special and the original one cannot be replaced.Just don't want you to do something  you will regret later.You may even want to consider a pawn on it for a short period loan and that way you get to keep the band after the loan is paid off.

No offence but I can't believe anyone would sell their wedding band to pay bills. Of all the things. Don't you have anything else you can get rid of like an instrument or your computer?? You must be desperate!

I doubt you will get "top dollar" and expecially in this day and age. People can get beautiful diamonds on QVC for a lot cheaper. I say either Ebay or the pawn shop are your best bets.
