Question:

Where can I sell some of my professional pool cues?

I have a close relative that works in the industry... so you can guess what my gift is every holiday. Not a big fan of the game, but I do know that the cues range in price from $300 - $700 (Lucasi, Viking, McDermott, and Meucci). I've had a bad experience with ebay and the pawn shops totally low-balled me. Are there specialty shops or collectors that could offer some advice?

  1. Try emailing me pics of cues along with prices. Let's not beat around just give me your lowest price and I'll say yea or nay

    Luck

  2. Sell them on commission in your local pool halls would be one idea.

  3. With the mark up on cues you may not get much anywhere

Belive it or not a raffle at a poolroom on tourn night .I have won a few and that was the most I ever got for any of mine

I agree a pawn shop -Ebay is a waste of time

  4. The forums at easypooltutor.com and azbilliards.com have sections to sell cues. You could also try cueauctions.com, but I have no experience with them.

Don't expect to get anything close to retail. You'll be lucky to get 50% of what they sell at stores since they're technically used (even if you've never used them).

  5. onthehill.net

  6. Well if they are really good why not try e-bay or amazon to sell them.I'm kind of interested in the Meucci..
