Where can I send my parents on a weekend getaway for under $300?

there 20th anniversary is coming up and i would love to send them for a romantic weekend getaway. they love to travel! My budget unfortunatley is $300ish.

I'm so bad at this, so if any experts would love to do some research for me and find maybee a 2 night (air/hotel/car) package for $300 or less, i would owe you forever.

So, if you have some time, please help me find a spot!

A weekend getaway to Milwaukee with a nice hotel, dinner, and other things to do would be good.

As for traveling out of the area, you are looking at at least 500.00, but closer to 700.00. I priced a few places (flying out of Milwaukee) and came up with 500.00 to DC for 3 days/2 nights hotel and flight. Also Atlanta was 550.00 for 3/2 hotel and flight.

I know it may ruin the surprise but, talk to your parents and see if they could cover part of it and you can cover part of it. This way if you pool your money together then can do something on a larger scale.

That what I did for my mom and stepdad, I paid for the airfare to Ireland and 1/2 the hotel and they covered the rest.

i think your better off either sending them to the spa for the day...

or out to dinner with a limo picking them up.. then to pick up dessert or somthing ;) good luck
