Does USPS offer international shipping? How much will it cost?

Does UPS offer international shipping??

I'm thinking of shipping internationally on Ebay so I will attract more customers. Right now, i only ship to United States and no one has bid for any of my items yet. I post all the items yesterday. Will shipping internationally attract more customers or not??

How can I find out how much international shipping cost??

Thanks!! Please help ;)

  1. I suggest you contact Bongo International. They are a 3rd party logistics company that provides a lot of value to eBay sellers.  Here is how it works...

    1)  You tell consumers that you do ship internationally

    2)  Each international customer you sell to needs to set up a US address with Bongo International (only $5.00 and it it gets them a lifetime US address)

    3)  Bongo will fraud screen every customer for you (big fraud internationally!)

    4)  You ship the order to the customers new US address (located in CT)

    5)  Bongo will receive the goods and update the international consumer that their goods have arrived.

    6)  Customer then chooses when to ship the goods overseas and Bongo prepares all the paperwork and ships the goods out. (2-4 day transit around the world)

The cost is 100% free to you and the customer gets 50% off common carrier rates.  The process works excellent.

  2. Go to the UPS website

  3. Yes, both of those places do ship internationally. The cost varies from country to country and also because of the weight/size of the item. Both websites have shipping calculators that will give you a good estimate on what it will cost. USPS goes off weight, but I've heard UPS also factors in what fuel costs at the time and weird things like that which can make it quite a bit more expensive..

I don't know if offering international shipping will help you or not. I guess it depends on what you're selling. I sell on ebay and very rarely have people ask if I can ship to them internationally. You also have to be careful because items take longer to arrive at international locations and I've heard of people getting bad feedback because of the slowness and also of getting ripped off because the item is "lost" on the way.
