You can book online (page is in german) or contact owners directly

For online booking, go to site - select "Buchen" - "Unterkunft" - "unterkunft suchen u. buchen"

in top menu. enter dates and other information to get listings.

To view "gastgeber"/Owner sites goto

-"Buchen" - "unterkunft" - "Gastgeberliste"

enter List in 2nd search field.

List seems to have mostly apartments or houses for rent. Most of them offer extensive info \, incl. pictures and online booking capability.  All sites appear to be in german only, but contacting via email should get you answers as well.
