I want to find a website that I can store an unlimited number of photos in full resolution. Snapfish lets you do that but it says the resolution depends on the speed of the download so I'm not really sure what that means.

  1. I store everything at Google's Picasa. It uploads very easily in any resolution I choose. So far I think I have about 25 albums up one with over 150 photos in it. Albums can be marked for public viewing or private which requires an invitation to view.

Picasa is a very easy program to learn to deal with.

  2. I have had really great results with Shutterfly.  Snapfish doesn't print the date on the back but Shutterfly does.  I also don't like the way snapfish packages their prints for mailing.  Something always gets bent.

  3. you can try smugmug (smugmug.com) you can store photos there and get them back, also you can customize your page for othe people viewing, but you will have to pay roughly $30-$100 depending on what type of account you need

  4. Hi:

Try buy a 795 gig to 1 Tera byte  hard drive you can save a lot a picture on it  according to my camera 2 gig hold about 12,444 pictures so a 1 tera bytes hard drive will hold about 160,720,025 pictures or 26786671 ablums with 6 pctures each as sue  pointed out . if dedicated to pictures only. ( Is that big enough for you? )   and it will  cost you about 150 to 200 dollars to get one. If more is needed than buy another one. I'm Sure that will be more than what you could put into in your life time

    I hope this helps
