  1. Hello Francesca,

I am afraid there is no Latin GCSE course on line.

Very few schools now offer Latin. There may be a teacher in your own school who has learnt or taught Latin in the past who might be willing to help you. During my lunch hour I used to help students who needed a GCSE in a foreign language that was not on offer at O level in the school where I taught when I was a young teacher. If not, you could write to your local education authority and ask if there is any school in the area (state, public, or private) where the subject is taught and which would be willing to offer you some guidance under the "knowledge sharing scheme" advocated by the government at the moment.

You could also put an advertisement locally and ask if there is anyone like a retired teacher who would be willing to help you. It is the sort of cause that local newspapers like to take on board, so you could also contact your local newspaper.

    Good luck!
