Where can I take injured baby pigeon?

Question

I found a baby pigeon behind a dumpster.

It seems to have been left there to die.

It has a bad cut on it's wing.

It refuses to eat but will allow me to give it water through an eye-dropper.

I really want to help this little guy because things have been going bad lately.

I'm rather attached to him also.

His name is Yuki.

I live in Indiana.

& it's 1:30 am.

Is there a number I can call that will come & pick him up to take care of him?

Or a place I can take him to?

humaine society will take pretty much any type of animal. call them and see what they can do. but if you do have to call them they won't let you keep him so just try to do what you can and don't call them unless you have to.

Vet clinc's normally don't open until early morning.Put lots of towels around it and place it in a soft basket. Make sure its warm and give it some bread and water.

most places would not be open at 1:30 in the morning  but if you kept him warm wrapped in a towel or a cloth. giving him water he should be good untill morning

then call and make an appointment as soon as possible with a vet
