Where can I take/send my phone to get it repaired for water damage and how much would it cost?

You can send it back to the manufacturer, or you can see if they have a recommended repair shop.

With water damage, however, you may be at a total loss.  Cell phones are so disposable these days it may cost you more to repair it than to just buy a new one.
