Where can I take used turepentine in Philadelphia?

We are moving and want to get rid of the turpentine from painting but have no idea where to take it. The city told us to wait until the end of July and then we can drop it off somewhere, we need to get rid of it now though and they couldn't tell us where to take it now or where they take it to.

Find out if there are Household Hazardous Waste collection event or center in your city,  turn the turpentine in there.
