I would like to throw my birthday party in the city, but I can't seem to find any kind of lounge or party rooms where its for 18 year olds. I am interested in something like www.toniceast.com or www.Japas38.com they are good for 21 and up. A place with a good affordable party package would be great. I'm also looking for a place with a nice atmosphere and all. Good food, good music, and if there are karaoke or other activities like Japas38 that would be a plus! I'm having about 20-25 people. I'm trying to have a memorable 18th with my closest friends. If anyone knows of one please help. My birthdays on the 22nd of April and I don't have much time. Thank you!
