Where can I toss my mattress?

I have a large mattress that I no longer need, but I dont know where to toss it :/ Does anyone know how or where?

You could take it out with your garbage when garbage day comes around. That is the easy and lazy option. Or you could give it away like jazzygirl stated...

how about donate it to good will or call a church and see if someone can use it?  do you have a warehouse like habitat for humanity?  i'm sure there's someone who doesn't have a bed and would love it!

If in decent shape and NO STAINS then do what Jazzy said.

Also post it on freecycle

Otherwise my community will pick it up on trash day. maybe your will too.

Our city has a monthly collection of large unwanted stuff, furniture, appliances, etc. ... call the city.

Your nearest dumpster will take it. Or if you plan on getting a new one, when the new one is delievered many companies can help make arrangements with you by taking the old one out in their truck, sometimes for free, or for a charge.
