Go to the Lettuce Entertain You website. I don't know how long ago it happened, but they sold Maggiano's to the company that owns and operates Chili's, Macaroni Grill and On The Border Restaurants. I was at Maggianos summer, maybe in July or August and they took my LEY gift card at that time, but my boss and I were just checking Maggianos website today, and that's how I know LEY doesn't own them anymore.
