Where can I use a typewriter locally?

Question

I got some government applications that MUST BE TYPED. The local library doesn't have a typewriter I can use.

Anyone know where I can go to find one?

go to most small hospitals, clinics, or other medical places that use old typewriters. they will either no longer be using them or will allow you to use them(borrow) if u hav/ make a friend there.

Best bet is a goodwill to try to purchase one.

Are you sure those forms are NOT available on line... most federal forms are????... Of course many state forms are not...

Do you have a local college or junior college... that is a possible source but I would not bet on ...   You could ask at public schools... again ... slim chance....
