Where can I watch Chelsea FC games live on-line for free?

Question

I am living in Texas carrying Comcast service. They only have the Fox Soccer Channel (FSC). A lot of the Chelsea games are shown on Sky Sports and Setana (or Setanta, which is carried by DirectTV only).

Are there any sites (like Sky.com) that may show the Chelsea games live? I know most of the sites like chelseafc.com usually cost a pretty penny a month and may never even show live games.

Any ideas?

that site is great, you may have to download a player (sopcast) but they will tell you where to get it from when you click on a match. they have most matches from the prem, champs league etc. video quality is ok, i know a lot of people who use it.
