Where can I watch Monk online?

Question

I am huge fan of Monk and I want to know where I can watch the episodes online for free. I know usanetwork.com has them and watchmonkonline.com has them but they don't have that many episodes and my friend said that Mr. Monk and the Naked Man is really funny but when I tried to watch it on watchmonkonline.com it gave me options in a language I don't know so if you could help me that would be great.
