UFC.com always lists all of the sports bars that show their PPV events.  Some of them do charge a cover fee, so you'll have to call and see.

I see a number of MA cities, but no Boston... maybe one of them is close?

Closest I could find near Boston is Dockside in Malden off the Orange Line (Good Times in Somerville just closed June 30).  $5 cover, but don't know how packed it'll be.... depends on where Good Times crowd ends up which was always in the hundreds
