Go to NBCOlympics.com  Click on swimming along the side bar and it's the top video in the middle of the page.  Just got done viewing it myself.  It includes the swim, the contention by Serbia, and the medal ceremony.

It's not posted yet.  It was removed from youtube.   It should be on www.nbcolympics.com  or yahoo sports later today. They usually post them 12~ hours after the race.
